From what I have read, the an415 generic subs are made by Amneal. The generics are fine, they have the active ingredient (bupe) to do the job. Good luck and welcome. Julie

Could you let us know please if you have any problems with them? I have coupons that would make it alot cheaper for us and every penny that I can scrape and save gets me ever closer to my new IPhone. I am saving up for a IPhone because we cant get one on contract, and I have my eye on a reconditioned one that is alot cheaper. Thanks!!!

Hi asouth: I for one have no problem with the generic at all. Well worth the 24.00 copay compared to the 200.00 copay with the name brand subs. (I get 75 8mg pills a month.) And now I pay nothing as my deductible is 100% met!! Good luck. Julie

Unfortunately paying cash for generic subs cost is not much less than name brand at this time. ;(

If you get them priced at the pharmacy, well mine anyways they are 8 bucks a piece like the strips. The coupon at Good Rx.com makes them like 3-4 bucks a piece and most of the time you will have to call Good RX.com to get them to make the pharmacy accept the coupon. Seems like all of the buprenorphine medications are the same price. So much for new medication being cheaper and having a generic. Might as well not even went to all the trouble since they are no where near cheaper. Well base price anyways.

Well generic subutex seems the way to go assuming you have a DR who trust you and assuming the brand name you get works.
