Default Learning to adjust.

I've been trying to stay away from my "triggers", but work was a trigger. Get jacked up on pain pills and go slam a job out. Been doing fine but the fact that going to work was a trigger scares me. I can't quit working. But jumping is another day and another time.

Hi Another day down, that is a tough thing to deal with - your trigger being work. You really need to work on that before you jump. Have you gone to any counselors to see if they could help?
